Bullish talk from Williams
With a new blue and white livery, a radical tip at the rear end of the engine cover, and a swooping nose, Williams` 2006 FW28 car is built to win, the Grove team said on Friday.
Although Michelin, BMW and Nick Heidfeld have departed, team co-owner Patrick Head was in a bullish mood at the Oxfordshire factory.
"I`m not talking up our position," he said, "but we have hardly set out with this car to finish third."

Things have looked better at the former title winning team, but Sir Frank Williams insisted that his F1 squad has not lost its soul. In fact, he revealed that work is currently being put into pioneering a `seamless shift` - ultra quick - gearbox, which could be worth up to four-tenths every lap.

He added: "I don`t spend too much time thinking whether or not we are still a top team. It`s more productive creating a competitive car."

Cosworth-powered FW28 will be debuted at Valencia on Tuesday.
