According to Bernie Ecclestone A wave of new Formula One teams is marching towards the grid, according to Bernie Ecclestone.
Although quiet at present, the 75-year-old F1 Supremo promised to tell the racing world more about it later in the 2006 season.
``At the European Grand Prix (May 5-7) we will know a little more,`` Bernie told the Kicker sports magazine.
He said: ``It should be a good year. We have a much better qualifying system and soon we should have a few new teams.``
Names including David Richards, Roger Penske, Misato Haga, Eddie Jordan, and even Michael Schumacher, have been mentioned in relation to 2008`s more favourable rules for private teams.
