In the last day in Jerez
In the last MotoGP IRTA test day at Jerez, Carlos Checa crashed and received a left knee abrasion and more importantly, severe concussion with retrograde amnesia.

Fortunately, Carlos recovered quickly but for extra safety, he was taken to the Jerez hospital to be kept monitored for a few hours and possibly submitted to a brain scan.
