In his JWRC debut season
At the age of 18, Jaan Mölder is getting ready to make his Junior World Rally Championship debut with a Atolye Kazaz run Ford Fiesta Super 1600.
Turkish team had lots of successful Super 1600 results in 2003 and 2004, running motorsport organizations for Citroen Sport Turkey. Apart from strong results with Citroen Saxo S1600 and C2 S1600 in Turkey Rally Championship, the team ran Citroen Saxo Super 1600 in Bulgaria. Georgi Yanakiev has secured Bulgarian Rally Championship Super 1600 title for the last three years as well as winning the class A6 in racing.

Jaan Mölder selected Katrin Becker to be his codriver for the JWRC events, as she has already gained Super 1600 experience alongside Niki Schelle for the last 2 years.

Atolye Kazaz Team of Turkey and Jaan Mölder will have the full support of M-Sport for the JWRC events.

The pair will contest six rallies throughout the season, starting with Uddeholm Swedish Rally in February, followed by Argentina, Italy, Finland, Turkey and Great Britain.

Driving a M-Sport supported new Fiesta S1600 in experienced Atolye Kazaz Team gives me possibility to fulfill my points-scoring target in results during my first year in JWRC. It was good impression to drive the car first time in M-Sport and I Iook forward to the tests with our new team in South-Estonia very soon.”

Jaan started rallying in 2002 with a Lada Samara, continuing with a Honda Civic. For the 2004 and 2005, he made a big step forward, gaining experience in a Group N, doing 22 rallies in Estonia and Latvia. He made his WRC debut with a Group N Mitsubishi Evo 6 in 2005 Swedish Rally. Jaan did participate in Acropolis Rally of Greece and Rally GB, finishing 9th in Group N.

Jaan Mölder has won Estonian Rally Championship Group N in 2005. He also finished Latvian Rally Championship Group N category in third place.
