Daniel Carlsson, scoring 6th place and 3 championship points in the Uddeholm Swedish Rally 2005, is set to compete in the 2006 edition of Uddeholm Swedish Rally and Rally Norway in a Mitsubishi Lancer WRC05. At the moment a few pieces are left to put together, including a class change from A6 to A8 (WRC) that has to be approved by the FIA.

- Without the support and the fantastic offer from Mitsubishi this would never have been possible. With help from old as well as new partners we have been able to make this dream come true, says Daniel.

The Swedish World Rally Championship round, Uddeholm Swedish Rally, is held the 2nd to 5th of February and the Norweigan WRC-candidate round, Rally Norway, is held the 10th to 11th of February.
