Testing on asphalt in March
Francois Duval`s first and only World Championship participation this year ended in a retirement, when he went off the road during the Monte Carlo Rally.
Despite this unfortunate result, Duval and First Motorsport showed to be competitive during this opening race, holding on to sixth place overall in the first leg. With the SupeRally regulation, Duval could have returned to finish the event but instead the team preferred to concentrate all their efforts on their next race, the Catalunya Rally.

The Belgian driver will be testing on asphalt to prepare for the Spanish round of the championship on 16-17 March in the Salou region (Spain). During this test, First Motorsport will be evaluating mechanical differentials in order to fine-tune the Skoda Fabia for the Catalunya Rally.

Duval and First Motorsport will be hoping for a better result at the Catalunya Rally (24-26 March), the third round of the World Rally Championship.
