In 1987 Gronholm made his rally debut. One year later Marcus became Finnish Rally Champion in Junior category.
In 1989 Marcus Gronholm debuted in WRC rally.
In 2000 Marcus Gronholm won World Rally Championship. Two years later he won again the supreme title. He droves than a Peugeot 206 WRC.
Now Marcus Gronholm drives for Ford Rally Team.
