Sebastien Loeb experience start in 1995 when he was a finalist in the "Volant Rallye Jeune". In 1997 Sebstien Loeb was elected "New Talent of the Year" by the monthly publication Echappement.
In 1998 Sebastien competed in the Citroen Saxo kit car Trophy. In that season Loeb finished sixth place, but in 1999 Sebastien Loeb won the championship.
The same, in 1999, Sebastien competed in 3 asphalt WRC events at the wheel of a Citroen Saxo Kit Car.
Sebastien Loeb won the 2000 title in 2 litre and 2 wheel drive class in the French Gravel Rally Championship.
In 2001 Sebastien became an official Citroen driver. He drove a Xsara Kit Car in the French Rally Championship and a Citroen Saxo Super 1600 in the World Rally Championship. In 2001 Loeb won both champions.
In 2002, at Monaco Sebastien Loeb has debuted in the supreme World Rally Championship. He won that race, but he were disqualified because some ilegal tyres changes. Anyway he won in Germany.
In 2003 Sebastien almost became World Champion in 2003, but Peter Solberg drove better in last rally, on Welsh Rally.
In 2004 and 2005 Sebastien Loeb won the supreme title. He became world rally champion.
In 2006 Sebastien Loeb drives for Citroen Kronos Rally Team and he is the man to beat.
